Complex Care Hospital at Ridgelake is committed to helping patients and their loved ones navigate the admissions process and start the journey to recovery. Patients can be referred to our facility by various healthcare providers. The patient or family member may also make a direct request for a consultation with any of our professionals.

Patients eligible for treatment in our facilities are often managing or suffering from one or more of the following:

  • Multiple system failures
  • Ventilator dependence
  • Intensive wound healing
  • Inability to transfer to a lower level of care, such as a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility, due to a complex medical condition
  • Medically fragile condition following transition from an Intensive Care Unit
  • Acute medical issues that require hospitalization
  • Multiple hospital readmissions

Our team works closely with each patient’s family, primary care physician, specialists and insurance plan to coordinate the admissions process. Financial Matters

Pre-treatment estimates for non-emergency services are available upon request. Patients and prospective patients may request from the hospital and other health care providers a personalized estimate of charges and other information.

Services may be provided by the hospital and other health care providers who bill separately. The other health care providers may or may not participate with the same health insurers as the hospital. Patients and prospective patients should contact those practitioners to determine their health insurance networks.

Patients may access AHCA’s website for information about the hospital's pricing. The service bundle information on the website is a non-personalized estimate of costs that may be incurred by a patient for anticipated services.
