Specialized Wound Care

Led by Dr. Hill, our specially-trained, experienced clinical staff works together to provide technically advanced wound healing care with a comprehensive approach. A patient with a wound that does not begin to heal within two weeks,
or who is not completely healed in six weeks, may benefit from the advanced wound care at the LifeCare Wound
Center of Plano.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) increases the concentration of oxygen in the blood, and is used in conjunction with advanced wound care when the patient qualifies. This technique is found to be vital to expediting the healing process by stimulating the formation of collagen matrix and angiogenesis.

LifeCare Wound Center of Plano is a Healogics managed center providing technically advanced wound healing care with a comprehensive approach.

Staffed with Medical Director Dr. Tram Hill, and a team of experienced nurses who specialize in wound care treatments, the center is open Monday through Friday. Patients may be referred by a physician or they may call and make an appointment themselves.
