LifeCare Hospitals of Chester County Recognized for Excellence in Respiratory Care
AARC Presents LifeCare Hospitals of Chester County with Apex Recognition Award
CHESTER COUNTY, Pa., August 28, 2017 – LifeCare Hospitals of Chester County, a leader in post-acute care, is honored to receive the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC) 2017 Apex Recognition Award. This award recognizes the significant contributions of respiratory therapists and highlights best practices in respiratory care. LifeCare was the only long-term acute facility to receive this award for 2017.
“It is an honor to receive this respected, industry award. This recognition distinguishes LifeCare from others as a facility committed to excellence, placing us in an elite group of hospitals across the nation to receive this honor,” said Lisa Pope, director of respiratory therapy of LifeCare Hospitals of Chester County.
The Apex Recognition Award demonstrates LifeCare’s commitment in evidenced-based care, professional development, quality improvement, and patient safety and satisfaction.
